The boards are for the promotion of the hobby, in by humble opinion.
Dealers, traders, promotions, etc are part of the hobby.
From what I see, a new chipper could browse the boards and find someone willing to trade face for face or he could find someone selling the same chips at a profit.
That sounds like OPTIONS to me. Pay or trade.
What more can a new chipper ask for?
Just because I don't pay premiums does not mean someone else does not want to!!!!
