I'm not sure that anyone has attempted to catalog the number of any certain chips that are in collections. The chip you mentioned was described as rare by Jim Kruse in one of his "10 Rarest Riverboat Chip" articles in the CC&TN.

I think in a lot of instances a chip is deemed rare when several people are looking for one and it takes years for any of them to find one.
