Timmen's Landing is one of three or four small card rooms in La Center, Washington, about 15 north of Portland. The whole community depends on these card rooms which are all owned by one attorney. And yes, it looks like a Chipco to me, however, I am the last person to ask about that as I just found out myself what a Chipco was within the past two weeks.
