Thanks for posting this. It looks like has some interesting tips.
I just yesterday posted my first two chips on Ebay for auction.
One idea that I had (on my own) was to put my CC&GTCC # in the description and a note that the chips will be held till the check clears unless CC&GTCC # is provided.
I think that this is good promotion for the club. It also takes advantage of one of the benefits of the club in that you have someone to complain to if the check of a club member bounces.
What do you think? I know that you are much more experienced than I in auctions and with Ebay.
BTW, I am using the code name of alanb on Ebay.
