Paul, I lived in the Bronx for 27 years & dated a girl who told me she lived in Brooklyn. We used to meet in Manhattan, go to the Village to listen to some good jazz, & visit the coffee shops. I really got fed up with this arrangement & decided to make a date & pick her up at her house in "Brooklyn". I lived in the north Bronx & took the "D" train to her house, which was the last stop in Brooklyn! It took me 2 1/2 hours & I didn't get what I went there for!!! As far as I'm concerned, Brooklyn is a foreign country. I can get to Mexico in less than 2 hours & fly to Freeport in 18 minutes. And I DO GET WHAT I WANT!!!!!
