Greg, I am a new collector(March) specializing in cruise chips. I have been lurking here since March and I finally have something to add. First, my thanks to Greg. This BB has been an invalueable source of contacts and information that has allowed me to get off to a great start. I have much to learn, but I am having the time of my life with my new hobby. If only I had kept those PLayboy chips back in the 70's when I lived in NJ. Oh well.
I just got back from Casino AZ. I was there 15 minutes after it opened and have the following denominations available: $.50, $1, $2, $5. They also have $10 & $25 and I'm not sure what else aftet that. The $.50 chip is hot stamped and the others are Chipco, I think, multicolored, very contemporary with name on one side and denomination or the other. Forgive my description, I told you I was new.
I would prefer to trade for cruise chips (no riverboats) first, but will entertain AC, Laughlin, or selling to ayone interested. However, I am a collector not a dealer, so I am not sure what to charge. How do you handle postage expenses. Open to suggestions. You might want to post your responses here so other like me can learn. I also have most of the other AZ casinos which I will be bringing to Vegas in August.
Finally, Greg, as a way of saying thankyou, let me know what you want and other than the cost of the chips your order goes out first.
