Archie -- Though this scan is not clear (I enlarged it), I'm wondering if you have any ideas as to when the chip was used at the Caribe Hilton? Being that the inlay (logo) is different than the more commonly seen "CH" type (click on "CH" example below), I'm kind of stumped. I've shown the chip to a few other Puerto Rico chip collectors...and, they, too, had no idea. Mr.G did bring to my attention that the chip is seen on page B-13 in Howdy Herz' 1985 book: "Harvey's Guide To Collecting Gaming Chips" (a must-have book for new collectors). Though knowing when Slim Ewing (deceased) introduced the mold, I'm still kind of puzzled, because in that same Ewing ad is also seen the common "CH" inlay chip.
