Gene, I checked with my Hispanic gaming friends, & they confirmed that "RULETA" does, in fact, mean it is a roulette. As I stated in a pevious note "ficha" translates to chip. So you have a roulette chip & CONSIDER YOURSELF UNDER ARREST!
