Gene, The Spanish word for chip is "ficha". In Spanish the word "ROULETA" means "THIEF".<g> I have never seen any roulette chips in PR, DR, Costa Rica,or Panama, that say "ROULETA". In Spain, they may use such chips. I have a small plaque that I believe is from Scandinavia that says, "RULETTI". I'll have to look up the word or talk to some of my Hispanic friends, & get back with you. John Benedict may have the information you need.
