It's a souvenir item from the Mint 400, an off-road race sponsored by The Mint Hotel for several years. Thre are also commemorative whisky bottles with this theme and the Mint's name on them.

I haven't seen this token before but would think it would be in the same $1-5 range that most souvenir tokens go for.
