The Black Jack Cafe and the Drift On Inn Roadhouse were adjacent properties and owned and operated by the same family. They are/were located in Linwood, a suburb of Seattle. They both used the same $1 chip but had 2 versions (each with own name)of the yellow $5 Chipco. The "BJ" was closed but the "Drift" opened as a licensed casino, with new chips (using the seldom seen ACRST mod), on June 12, 1998. This casino is one of a number of small, non-Indian casinos which are opening in WA. They typically have Caribean Stud, Let it Ride, Poker, several 21 tables, pull tabs and video pull tab and bingo machines (slot machines are still illegal in WA).
