I'll keep it as short as I can. (you know me?) Collecting a roulette or a NCV from a tournament, is simply collecting. Not one of us would ever consider returning the chip or trying to switch values with them. This is much like, not putting money in a parking meter, while someone runs up to mail a letter or grab a doughnut. Lets be realistic.
What started this was someone selling Casino de Ithmus, or other Fantasy chips on eBay, and promoting them as something other than a chip that can be purchased at the Paulson store at will. That's FRAUD. I won't even call the Movie Props from a James Bond movie, because new collectors are not made aware, that these are freely for sale and have been made by the thousands for home play.
On an interesting note, the "Ultra Rare" (as the auction says) Sinatra Foxwoods $10 chip, has been bid up to $79 this week on Ebay. You might want to list yours now. I got $12 for them last month! LOL
