What you say may be true at the Fiesta but it does not apply to all houses. I am aware of many casinos that perform accountability over NCV chips. It is done by number of pieces. Some houses are very serious when it comes to their NCV. Binion's Horseshoe is the most recent I have first hand knowledge about. Best, Jim
