I received a note this morning which I will paraphrase.
"Bob,
I have had a few dealings with her. Never had a problem. She is a sponsor of Chequers, but I know very little about her....................email her and get her thoughts. Maybe she was deceived and never knew it."

This sheds some light on the individual in question. It is a she & she is a part of the chipping community. I have e-mailed her a number of times & have gotten no response. If we go to her web site, she lists both the Casino de Isthmus & the Regency Cruise Line chips for sale, in bulk. I have a hard time believing that she was deceived and never knew it. I would assume that her base of operations is in Las Vegas & a short distance from the Paul-Son store where these chips are on sale for 65 cents each. As I noted earlier, she does offer some great chips & plaques, with book value prices. I can only assume that she has a knowledge of casino collectibles. If she is a member of the club, I will personally call for sanctions. We do have a policy in out code of ethics to deal with this sort of fraud.
