Has anyone else noticed this? Last week I purchased three $.50 Harrahs N.KC chips in a lot. One side of one chip has a holographic appearance. The tripoint inlay appears to float in a pool of pink and white dots. As you move the chip around the dots"move". Look at the area below "North Kansas City" and you can see the dots. Has anyone else noticed this ? Is this a manufacturing error? Or perhaps an error chip with one side having a new (trial) inlay? Or what ?
