To repeat what I said on an earlier post on the unrelated "roulette" thread taht got started with a fantasy sale concern--I'm a New Yorker too, equally sceptical, but as a law teacher, presume innocence; the dealer said he didn't know and I'm willing to buy that--but I'm going to watch for him in the future and see whether he "overcomes" the presumption.
