You purchase a Win Card, usually at the promotions booth, it has dials and tables telling you how to play, Roulette,craps, BJ, bacarrat. Usually $10 but I have heard of $20. You get 10ncv chips or script, but they are good for table play. They are designed for customers intimidated by table games. Chips and script will say Win Cards plus the name of the casino. Most of them are on the unicorn mold, but have seen a couple of full graphic Chipco's.
