I heard from Jim Kruse (the club auctioneer), who actually works there. He feels that it may close. I heard last year that someone from Circus Circus had actually visited the property but that nothing came of it.

My "guess" is that it will probably close first, just to stop the losses, and then they'll try to sell it. I understand they've already written off $116 million of it's value, down to $10 million.
