If you are to considered these fantasy chips then any chips like those from the Jockey Club or any other NV club that did not open (in the past) and boxes of chips are know to exist. Even those from Paulson are fantasy if the were never released. I believe if the casino existed (even if it does not open) and chip were produced then they are acceptable; I just put them in a different category and value then less, a lot less.
