I'm not a California guru, more like a Delaware Roulette Master, but the chip you pictured is from the PATIO CLUB in San Rafeal. This club was only open for a short time about 3 months. Also note the color on the king of diamonds its black not red as it should be. I'm not sure but I think all the $1.00 chips from this Club have this "error" in color.
