All chips have manfacturers initials on them. Inlay chips only show initials when placed under a black light. My understanding of the rule is hot stamps and coin inlays will have the initials on the 1st order but not re-orders. If this is true it does not make sense. I have a number of hotstamps with initials, including Rail City in Sparks. I even have a hotstamp from another state with BJ on it.
If you would have waited a couple of minutes to respond, I could have been the 20,000th visitor to the sight. It is your fault I did not win the grand prize.
